ONLINE ORDERING
All families must set up an account in the Amilia registration system before placing an order. Complete details about the Amilia registration system and account setup can be found here REGISTRATION.
EXISTING ACCOUNTS
You do not need to create a new account if you already have an Amilia account from the previous school year or activities outside the school. You can use your existing account. Please ensure all your information is up to date for the new school year – including your child’s class information.

***IMPORTANT***
- Only ONLINE orders will be accepted.
- NO cash will be accepted on the day of TCBY and Pizza day.
- Payments can be made by credit card or eCheck.
- Before paying by eCheck please verify with your bank that they accept eCheck. A 10$ fee will be applied to your account for each eCheck payment that fails or is reversed.
- LATE ORDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER REGISTRATION CLOSES.
TCBY Frozen Yogurt
- TCBY frozen yogurt will be offered every Wednesday during lunch as a fundraiser.
- All profits from this program are used to fulfill our special needs requirements that the school board or government does not fund.
- The TCBY offered will be chocolate and vanilla flavour in a baby cup portion.
- Weekly ordering – you may pick and choose the weeks you want to order for.
- TCBY cost for weekly orders is $3.00/week.
- Registration for weekly ordering closes on the Tuesday of each TCBY week at 3:00 pm.
- Full-year ordering – you may order for the entire school year.
- The cost of TCBY for the entire school year is $2.75/week ($90.75 for 33 weeks).
- FULL payment is required at the time of registration for the entire school year.
- Registration for yearly ordering closes on September 24th, 2022.
Dominos Pizza
- Dominos pizza will be offered every Thursday during lunch as a fundraiser.
- All profits from this program will go back to the students and school through HAHSA initiatives, visit the FUNDRAISING tab for more details.
- The pizza will be individually packed in boxes with two slices of cheese pizza with a non-spicy marinara sauce. Only CHEESE pizza is available.
- Weekly ordering – you may pick and choose the weeks you want to order for.
- Pizza cost for weekly orders is $5.00/week.
- Registration for weekly ordering closes on the Wednesday of each pizza week at 3:00 pm.
- Full-year ordering – you may order for the entire school year.
- The pizza cost for the entire school year is $4.75/week ($156.75 for 33 weeks).
- FULL payment is required at the time of registration for the entire school year.
- Registration for yearly ordering closes on September 24th, 2022.
CANCELLATION POLICIES 2022-2023
These policies have been set in place by the school administration and HAHSA Fundraising.
- NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
- NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
- THIS APPLIES TO ALL ABSENCES, INCLUDING CLASSES OR THE SCHOOL BEING SHUT DOWN DUE TO COVID.
- ORDERS CAN NOT BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER WEEK IF YOUR CHILD IS ABSENT.
- THIS IS A FUNDRAISER, AND ALL THE FUNDS GO TO THE SCHOOL.
- All TCBY orders are kept, and upon their return to school, students can receive their TCBY by asking for it at the daycare office during lunch.
- Pizza orders will NOT be kept and can not be picked up by parents.
- Should there be a strike day, snow day or any unforeseen circumstance that the school would not be open on Pizza day, we will try and re-schedule to a new date. TCBY orders will be distributed to students when the school re-opens. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
HOW TO CHECK YOUR ORDERS
To check all the orders you have placed, please log into your Amilia account and go to the PURCHASES tab. You can also download the Amilia app, log into your account, and all your orders appear. Your purchases will also appear on your confirmation email. We recommend printing the checklist below to keep track of your orders or save the dates on a calendar.
